Working with Gina has been absolutely amazing! As I’ve gotten older, it became harder for me to lose weight. A growing family, stress, and endless sweets at work all contributed to my weight gain. Cutting back on certain foods just wasn’t yielding results like it did in my college days. Although I had a concept of “healthy eating”, Gina was able to structure an eating plan tailored just for me. Her plans included specific food combinations and a workout schedule that work to burn fat. She took the guesswork out of what to eat and how much which was very welcomed for my busy lifestyle.
